- Basic salary $28K to $45K + incentive (potential $30K to $100K per quarter)

- Promote Account, Mortgage, Loan, credit card and insurance in branch

- Salary: $14K to $23K x 12 months + year end bonus (1 - 2 months)
- Inbound CS hotline & follow through with internal departments
- Minimum of one year's relevant working experience
- Form Five or above, with at least five subjects pass, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
- With drive to learn for growth in the banking industry

 

Counter Service Officer (Teller)
- Salary: $14K to $20K x 13 months
- Handle daily counter transactions and enquiries

- Minimum of one year's relevant working experience

- Form Five or above, with at least five subjects pass, including Chinese, English and Mathematics

- With drive to learn for growth in the banking industry

• $40K-$47K x 12 mths + quarterly incentive

Financial Planning Manager

• $20K-$28K x 12 mths + monthly incentive ($20-50K)

• IIQE: 1,2,3,5

• One year experience in selling of insurance products with proven sales record

• 6 months relevant experience, with IIQE

Commercial Banking / SME Banking - Relationship Manager

-- Basic salary $17K to $45K

-- Focus on Trade Finance, Secured Lending and Cash Management selling

BACK OFFICE ROLE :

 

SME CDD Checker from International Bank (Back office role)

-- Basic salary $18K to $22K

-- Any banking experience

-- Knowledge on CDD, KYC, AML

-- Pure back office role, office hour, Monday to Friday

Business Operation & Support Manager

-- Basic salary $30K to $35K
-- Good at office applications (powerpoint & excel)
-- Keep track insurance team KPIs

-- Monitor and support daily operation

 

Account Credit Service Manager (Back office role)

-- Basic salary $19K to $23K + Discretionary Bonus

-- Approve Loan application in office, back office role

-- Knowledge on secured and unsecured loans, unsecured landing

-- With credit management mindset to approve loan applications

-- With bank phone banking experience will be more suitable

Customer Experiences Manager

-- Basic salary $24K to $26K x 13 mths + year end bonus

- Need to review, plan, and carry out Customer Experiences improvement plan for the company.
- All customer related areas will be covered: Call centre, channels, printed material

- Work with different departments to get customer feedback and work on

  improvement plans.
- 3-5 years experiences in Customer Service, Prefer with experience in customer

  experience management.
