Achieving a Win-Win-Win : "Expectation Management" & "Stakeholder Management"
ARE KEY
Over the years, Chasseur Pro has successfully “matched” many talents in the finance and banking sectors. The key to their success lies in the consultancy team’s deep understanding of the industry, allowing them to accurately grasp the needs of both employers and candidates. Additionally, effective expectation management has helped maintain a high “hit rate” for their matching process.

Our Awards

"As the banking sector accelerates its push towards green finance and ESG integration to align with the global landscape, the demand for relevant talent has been steadily rising. Therefore, we have also started to expand our workforce to be better prepared for placing the 'right people' in the right positions."
To support the exponential growth in internal manpower resources, Chasseur Pro will be "upgrading to a bigger house" this year, moving to an office space twice the size of the current one. The company will adopt a "dual-pronged approach", comprehensively upgrading both the physical work environment and the soft skills of its talent.
"Despite the various challenges facing the Hong Kong economy in the post-pandemic era, and the conservative hiring strategies adopted by employers, the financial industry remains the backbone of the local economy, with a robust system and considerable advantages in expanding to other international markets,"
Joe says. "That's why, in addition to upgrading our workspace and team size, we are also planning to expand our business to the Chinese mainland and North American markets, partnering with local collaborators to further fuel the company's growth.
